SAFETY RULES AND REGULATIONS

WARNING!

You will solve tasks under time pressure - do not overestimate your skills. Be careful - you may hit hard or sharp objects and injure yourself. The rooms have uneven floors, sloping walls, low ceilings, ropes, ladders and mazes. There are also moving, rotating objects and dark spaces. After completing the task, the light in the room will turn off. The game is not suitable for pregnant people or people with epilepsy.
Participation in the game under the influence of alcohol or drugs is prohibited. Children and students under 15 years of age in the TEPfactor facility must be under the care of parents, teachers or legal guardians. Follow the staff's instructions.

Regulations applicable at TEPfactor:

1. Each participant performs exercises in the various zones and equipment located in the Park at their own risk and responsibility, regardless of their abilities and health. Guardians are responsible for children and minors.
2. The owner of the facility is responsible for the technical condition of the facility and the safety of the equipment in accordance with applicable law and for injuries caused by poor technical conditions of sports facilities and equipment.
3. The Participant is aware of and accepts the fact that the Park Organizer is completely exempt from any liability for: any damage, including in particular injuries, bodily harm and their consequences resulting from the use of the Park; destruction or damage to items belonging to persons using the Park;
4. Entry to the amusement park is possible after signing a declaration and accepting the TEPfactor regulations.
5. Children who are at least 10 years old and at least 140 cm tall can participate in the game.
   Participants aged 10-11 may only participate in the game with an adult player and under their constant supervision..
6. Children under 15 years of age may enter the sports area and participate in sports activities after signing a waiver by a parent, legal representative, or guardian. Children over 15 years of age may remain alone in the playground after completing a waiver from a parent or legal guardian.
7. Parents and legal guardians, as part of their obligation to supervise a child, are liable for any damage caused by children under 18 years of age.
8. Before entering the game, remove jewelry and anything that could injure you or restrict your movement. Always enter the game area wearing appropriate clothing and a change of athletic shoes. Entering the game in other shoes is prohibited.
9. The game time countdown starts when the first door is opened and continues until the last task (challenge) is completed and the watch is returned to the reception desk. You are responsible for monitoring your own playing time; payment is collected after the game ends, proportionally per minute for each person. Staff do not monitor playing time.
10. Maintain a safe distance between participants to avoid dangerous situations and accidents. Don't overestimate your abilities, take your time, and perform tasks with consideration for your health.
11. If another group is waiting at the door of the room, that group enters first. Play in order.
12. Sports activities are prohibited for pregnant women, epileptics, sensitive people, people with cardiovascular diseases or people suffering from other heart diseases.
13. Guests can use key-operated lockers to store their belongings in the locker room. The TEPfactor manager and owner is not responsible for any loss or damage to items left in the locker room or elsewhere on the sports facility grounds. A 50 PLN fee will be charged for lost locker keys.
14. After finishing the game, customers must return their downloaded watches to reception. Lost watches will incur a 100 PLN fee.
15. Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the entire facility. No one under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicating substances is permitted on the premises.
16. It is forbidden to bring your own food and drink into the facility.
17. It is prohibited to bring glass and food into the TEPfactor game area.
18. Any equipment damage or personal injury must be reported to TEPfactor staff immediately. Subsequent complaints will not be accepted.
19. Ticket prices for admission to the Park are specified in the price list. Purchased tickets are non-refundable. Unused minutes cannot be exchanged for cash or vouchers.
20. Persons with vouchers for a specific period of time are required to pay an additional fee at the reception after exceeding the time limit.
21. TEPfactor reserves the right to refuse a ticket refund if some rooms are unavailable for technical reasons.
