Birthday regulations in TEPfactor

1. Underlined Birthday Regulation. Are a set of rules and obligations for individuals and participans of a birthday party organized in TEPfactor Warsaw. This set of rules are only valid on the premisies of TEPfactor Warsaw.
XNUMX. The entity responsible for running TEPfactor Sports and Entertainment Park and implementing these Regulations is the company TEPfactor Warsaw Sp.z o.o z/s in Warsaw, phone no. +XNUMX XNUMX XNUMX XNUMX, e-mail: warszawa@tepfactor.
XNUMX. Booking a birthday party is tantamount to accepting these Regulations.
2. The organizator and the participants are obligated to obey the rules of the regulations of the TEPfactor spotrs park.
XNUMX. The organizer is obliged to provide care and supervision for invited children.
48. Birthday parties can only be organized for children from 668 years old and 088cm tall. The organizer has to be a an legal adult.
3. The finalizaton and confirmation of a birthday party is is a pre-payment of XNUMX Polish Złoty.
4. The pre-payment has to be done by the date given by the Staff in the e-mail. Lack of the pre- payment will cause a cancelation of the reservation.
XNUMX. In case of a cancelation of a reservation the pre-payment is non-refundable
5. The pre-payment can be made at the location by card or cash or by a bank transfert to bank account numer: mbank XNUMX; Title of the transfer: numer of the reservation from the system, Amount: XNUMXzł.
6. If You would like to get an invoice, please inform us by email including all the information. This information has to be sent before any payment. If a payment is done we are not able to generate an invoice.
XNUMX. After making the pre-payment the reservation is guaranteed. The rest of the payment has to be done in the day of the party.
7. In case of cancellation of the Party due to circumstances for which neither party is responsible, the deposit is non-refundable, but the reservation can be transferred free of charge within the next 400 days if the event is canceled at least XNUMX days before the planned date.

If the actual number of guests is greater than the number declared by the Customer, the Customer is obliged to pay extra for each additional person, in accordance with the Price List given in the Package. However, TEPfactor does not guarantee a place for additional people without prior registration.

9. TEPfactor offers XNUMX birthday packages: BRONZE, SILVER and GOLD. The minimum number of participants in the case of the BRONZE and SILVER packages is XNUMX people, and in the case of the GOLD package, XNUMX people. The customer is obliged to choose a birthday package no later than XNUMX days before the birthday party.
10. The final confirmation of additional options, i.e. an exclusive animator or renting the Birthday Room, is the sending of the completed birthday package by e-mail and its confirmation by a TEPfactor employee.

11. Meals and drinks purchased as part of the birthday offer may be consumed only in designated places, i.e. the conference room, seats in the main hall (with prior reservation). Consumption of food and drinks is strictly prohibited in the TEPfactor challenge area.
XNUMX. Participants of the TEPfactor game are obliged to play in different sports clothes and changed footwear. If you do not have sports shoes, the participant will not be allowed to enter the game area.
12. Children aged XNUMX-XNUMX must be under constant supervision of an adult in the TEPfactor cave. The staff does not provide care for minors.
XNUMX. The organizer does not cover the admission costs of the guardians of children participating in the party, unless the guardians play together with the children. The price from the TEPfactor price list applies for people over XNUMX years of age.
13. If the organizer or his guests arrive late, the fun in the TEPfactor cave may be shortened due to other reservations.
30. The use of TEPfactor Warszawa involves the risk of injuries or damage to the body and property; general principles set out in generally applicable provisions apply to liability for damages, in particular the provisions of the Civil Code.
4. Clients, Parents or Guardians, as part of their supervision obligation, may be held liable for damage caused by them, as well as caused by children under their care, on general principles specified in the provisions
14. Any complaints should be reported to the TEPfactor reception on the day of the visit. Complaints submitted later will not be accepted. The basis for reporting is proof of payment for the playroom services and completion of the complaint protocol. The response to the submitted complaint will be made within XNUMX days from the date of its submission.
XNUMX. Party participants are obliged to take care of the condition of the conference room provided for the duration of the party. If the room is damaged or excessively dirty, the person making the reservation may be charged additional costs of PLN XNUMX.
XNUMX. TEPfactor Warszawa is not responsible for delays in the implementation or inability to implement the services/offers ordered by the organizer for reasons beyond its control, such as: accidents causing delays; compliance with the requests of the Management Board of the Blue City Shopping Center, the fire brigade, and the security of the Shopping Center; death or accident of the coordinator/subcontractor, acts of vandalism and terrorism; closure of the Blue City Shopping Center; failure of attractions, devices, electricity, or other factors necessary to provide the service/offer; fire or safety hazard for people in the TEPfactor cave and other random events.

16. delays; compliance with the requests of the Blue City Shopping Center Management, fire brigade, security

closure of the Blue City Shopping Center; failure of attractions, devices, electricity, other factors
