• The voucher is valid from the day following the purchase for 3 months.
• The voucher is valid every day of the week.
• Children from the age of 10 can participate in the game.
• Children up to 15 years old can stay in the property only under the supervision of an adult.
• Hourly vouchers are not valid for organized birthday parties.​
• Promotional vouchers do not add up.
• Vouchers are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash.
• In the case of a game longer than 3 or 4 hours, the costs are calculated in proportion to the time spent in the game, down to the minute.
• If you want to issue an invoice for the purchase, inform the service immediately after its completion by adding information in the comments with the invoice data or by writing an e-mail. It will not be possible to issue an invoice later.
